The combination SCODEV-system mounted on the Roll-on Roll-off Tank platform is the new business model for the future. No need to invest Euro 52,5 million in a dedicated forest-fire-fighting airtanker which is on the ground in wintertime and in summertime is deployed on average between 40 and 60 days. Just invest in a SCODEV-system mounted on the Roll-on Roll-off Tabk platform and hire a regular transport aircraft strictly when needed. Alternatively, the transport aircraft from the national Air Force can be deployed strictly on days when forest fires occur.

Retardant
In case the use of retardant is required a reservoir will be installed which injects the basic ingredients in the holding tank before the scooping sequence starts.
