In case the use of retardant is required a reservoir will be installed which injects the basic ingredients in the holding tank before the scooping sequence starts.
Roll-on roll-off Tank platform
Scodev International and partners have developed the Roll-on Roll-off Tank platform with dropping pipes over the rear ramp door. The SCODEV-system will be mounted in between the two tanks. This combination can be shifted inside any commercial or military transport aircraft via the rear rampdoor within one hour to be deployed as a scooping airtanker on a called-when-needed-basis.
